I am a PhD candidate in the Department of Public Administration and Policy in the School of Public Affairs at American University. My research interests broadly encompass education policy, particularly issues related to early care and education (ECE) policy and the ECE labor market.

My dissertation focuses on the ECE workforce and policies that affect them, including minimum wage laws and child care subsidy policies. I plan to defend my dissertation and complete my doctoral education by May 2024.
